Laura is part of BGAL’s litigation practice. Her work focuses on claims arising under IP law, including cancellation, invalidation, and infringement proceedings before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI) and conducting appeals before Mexican Federal Courts.
Laura has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting litigation before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), the Federal Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA), and the Collegiate Circuit Court.
Additionally, she is actively involved in preparing and following up on opposition proceedings, providing advice related to trademark registration, and drafting various types of contracts related to Intellectual Property Rights.
Much of her work is focused on implementing the legal strategies proposed to clients, which has allowed him to gain experience in several practice areas and understand the needs of the clients he deals with regularly.
