Leopoldo also holds a bachelor’s degree in law specializing in Intellectual property.

He has over twenty years of professional experience working for major Mexican IP firms such as Goodrich Riquelme, Sesma-Sesma, and Calderón & De la Sierra.

His practice focuses on patent prosecution, FTO, Patent Enforcement, Non-Infringement Opinions, and Patent Invalidation Opinions, specializing in electromechanical, mechanical, telecoms, and electronics.
